1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Predicted Signals ("the Service"), operated by Maithamali Akil Jiwan ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated version number and date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

AI Predicted Signals is a non-custodial cryptocurrency trading automation software platform. The Service provides:

AI-generated trading signals with entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels
Automated bot execution that connects to your exchange account via trade-only API keys
Paper trading (simulated) and live trading modes
Performance tracking dashboards and analytics
Configurable strategy presets and risk parameters

The Service does not hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your funds. All trades are executed on third-party exchanges through API keys that you provide and control.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation
Be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is legal

4. Account Registration and Security

You must register an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with any third party
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

5. Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

All content, features, algorithms, software, and intellectual property of the Service are owned by AI Predicted Signals and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. API Key Usage and Non-Custodial Model

To enable automated trading, you may connect your exchange account by providing trade-only API keys. You acknowledge and agree that:

You must configure API keys with trade-only permissions (no withdrawal access)
You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys
API keys are encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS, but we cannot guarantee absolute security
We do not have access to withdraw, transfer, or otherwise move your funds
You may revoke API keys at any time through your exchange account
We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised API keys

7. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers tiered subscription plans with varying feature limits. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
Automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Price changes with 30 days advance notice for existing subscribers

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed through Stripe. A free tier is available with limited features and does not require a credit card.

8. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

All trading decisions made using the Service, whether manual or automated
Configuring appropriate risk parameters including stop-loss levels, position sizes, and capital allocation
Monitoring your bots, exchange account, and open positions
Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency trading before using the Service
Ensuring compliance with tax obligations in your jurisdiction
Maintaining adequate funds in your exchange account for intended trades

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Share, sell, or resell your account credentials or access to the Service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other illegal trading activities
Distribute malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activities
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant or guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
AI-generated signals will be accurate, complete, or profitable
Automated bots will execute trades as intended in all conditions
The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected

THE SERVICE IS NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TRADING ADVICE. SIGNALS ARE STATISTICAL OUTPUTS OF AI MODELS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE RECOMMENDATIONS TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY ASSET. YOU SHOULD CONSULT A LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR BEFORE MAKING ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI PREDICTED SIGNALS, ITS OPERATOR, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Trading decisions made based on signals or automation provided by the Service
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or API keys
Service interruptions, technical failures, or latency
Actions or omissions of third-party exchanges or service providers
Any content, signals, or information obtained through the Service

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Predicted Signals, its operator, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your trading activities; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
All active bots will be stopped
No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time
We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations incurred before termination

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). The arbitration shall take place in the Regional Municipality of York, Ontario, Canada, and shall be conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
